Monitored AT&T NOC and  national command center for rerouting of DSL related outages, Monitored AT&T nation command center  for rerouting of DSL related outages.        US ARMY 309th BDE Military Intelligence Battallion, Ft Huachuca, AZ  January 1997 to May 2007       Position: Signalman / IS-IT Communication Technician       Responsibilities:       Served  as “go-to” person (subject matter expert) for immediate resolution of technical issues. Assisted  battalion computer systems technicians in achieving an 84.9% 8 hour fix rate in FY 05, compared  with t he standard of 79%, Led the DOD- IBS (Integrated Battlefield System) installation team in resolving  chronic in field equipment systems malfunctions. Accountable for all Communications and physical security of all of the units (COMSEC) systems and communications equipment, including its upkeep and maintenance.  Responsible for secure material,  disposition reports, daily cryptographic equipment keying and training records for battalion. Received  an  excellent rating on six consecutive semi –annual inspections.
